I. Product Introduction
ˇˇDC reversible magnetizing power supply is a DC reversible power supply specially designed for the magnetizing and demagnetizing coils of magnetic material pressing machines. As a DC power supply, it adopts the anti-parallel output of two sets of three-phase bridge rectification positive and negative poles at the secondary side of the load-matching transformer and realizes the positively and negatively reversible direct current by the phase shift trigging way of a digital three-phase control panel. The power supply adopts constant-current closed-loop control, after the current values of the maximum positive current, maximum negative current and minimum positive current are preset, it controls the power-on time of the maximum positive current, maximum negative current and minimum positive current through the extrocontrol passive switch signal, it adopts inverting quick shut-off mode during the positive and negative switching of the power supply, which is convenient for the continuous work of pressing machines with high production efficiency. 6. With RS485 communication interface and MODEBUS communication protocol, it can communicate with PLC and the host computer, which is convenient for remote monitoring. |
