I. Product Introduction
Digital power controller includes digital single-phase power controller and digital three-phase power controller, as a SCR phase shift trigger-type electrical AC voltage-regulating controller, it adopts imported power devices with its control circuit adopting fully digitized control of single-chip microcomputer and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device, called Digital Power Controller
as CPLD for short). It has open-loop or various closed-loop control forms and multiple given control signal selections.
The digital power controller applies to resistive load, inductive load and transformer primary side etc. and it can be widely used in the continuous regulation of voltage, current and power in various fields of industry.
II. Performance Indexes
¡¡¡¡1. The primary circuit and control circuit adopt integrated & miniaturized structure design.
2. Integrated control functions such as constant voltage, constant current and constant power closed-loop control and open-loop control, power regulation control, phase shift / power regulation control functions can be set freely.
3. With high-precision AD conversion, the constant voltage, constant current and constant power precision is higher than 0.5% and the system resolution ratio is higher than 1¡ë.
4. It is equipped with a LED numeral display tube, which is convenient for setting various functional parameters and displaying electrical parameters.
5. It has an automatic current-limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.
6. It has phase-deficient, overcurrent, overheating, SCR fault, load disconnection or unbalance protection functions.
7. Fault self-diagnosis function.
8. Automatic phase-sequence confirmation function.
9. It has soft start and soft turn-off functions.
10. With RS485 communication interface and MODEBUS communication protocol, it can communicate with PLC and the host computer, which is convenient for remote monitoring. |
