I. Product Introduction
PWM AC controller includes single-phase PWM AC controller and three-phase PWM AC controller, as an electrical AC voltage-regulating controller, it adopts DSP (Digital Signal Processing, called as DSP for short) and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device, called as CPLD for short) as the control core, IGBT as the power control device and realizes adjustable output voltage magnitude by PWM control mode and its voltage waveform is sine wave. Its output voltage characteristics are similar to an auto-coupling contact-type voltage regulator. Because its power factor is higher than 0.98 and the total harmonic distortion of current THDI is less than 6%, the conversion efficiency of the power supply is more than 0.98. Under the condition that no any power factor compensation and harmonic wave absorption apparatus is attached, the power factor and harmonic wave have met the standard requirements of the State Grid.
Characterized by advantages such as constant voltage, constant current, constant power closed-loop control and multiple given control signal selections, PWM AC controller is a new generation of ideal green power supply substituting for SCR controller. It applies to resistive load, inductive load and primary side of transformer etc. and it can be widely used in the continuous regulation of voltage, current and power in all fields of industry.

1. The output current is AC20A~150A, the primary circuit and control circuit adopt integrated & miniaturized structure and wall-mounted installation;
2. When the output current is more than AC150A, the primary circuit and control circuit adopt cabinet-type structure.
3. Constant voltage, constant current and constant power closed-loop control can be set freely.
4. It has an automatic current-limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.
